Last summer, I bought a blue and white striped cotton shirt with a small tuxedo ruffle from J.Crew. It’s soft, thin, and one of my favorite pieces of clothing, but I hate going through the hassle of deciding what to wear it with (jeans? Skirt? What a hassle…). Sooo you can imagine my excitement about finding this dress at the Gap, which is pretty much my favorite shirt in frock form. Yay for copycats!

And, you know, I actually love that dress with those little red flats — but I also think the dress would look sweet with these classic, preppy, brown leather ones.
