Last year, I wore this flimsy black and white coat for all of winter, which may be the reason why I’m into the softer neutrals this year, like brown and navy blue. The Waterleaf Dress at Anthropologie is light an airy with a bit of navy silk, which is totally classy.
I think it would be lovely once it’s warmer, paired with this short, form flattering blazer. I like the way that the neckline of the jacket mimics the neckline of the dress, and the colors play nicely together…a little nautical without being over the top.
