wedding wear
It’s a little bit early to be preparing for summer, but I’m silly excited about my wonderful friend Erica’s wedding, which is coming up in July (in Italy!) so I’ve begun looking for a dress for the occasion. My first searching point? Anthropologie. They always have the most beautiful, romantic clothing, and I always end up wearing everything that I buy there over and over. Here are the three that I like best so far…
The Demask Dress is elegant and classy, and I love the somewhat shiny buttery yellow, which seems like the perfect summertime color.

The Courtenay Dress is made of a light, sheer cotton that looks to me like it embodies everything Erica has described Castiglioncello to be — romantic, beachy, and beautiful.

I am also crazy about the Intermission Dress, which I fell in love with back in the fall (before it went on sale); although, it seems as though they don’t have any sizes left, so I might be out of luck.

I love any excuse to buy a beautiful new dress, but I especially love one where I get to see my friends all dolled up — and one getting married! I’ll let you know if I ever decide on which one to wear…

Yay for Anthroplogie and weddings in Italy! I can totally see you wearing the middle one. The darker tone of the fabric is balanced by the fluttery sleeves and detailing at the bodice and hem. It’s very European.

I can just imagine you in the second one… and the third one.
