Well, I don’t know the last time I wore anything made out of velvet, but there’s something luxurious about the thick, plush fabric that always makes me think of the holidays.
J. Crew just put out this gorgeous velvet frock called the

that’s going to make going to all those holiday parties this year much less dreadful…because, if for nothing else, you can look forward to wearing it. The combination of the pinks, gold, and greens over the black background makes this dress’ statement even richer.
